We booked Eco Damp Solutions to carry out a damp and moisture survey on a property we were in the process of buying, and it turned out to be the best decision we made during the whole purchase.
The report was incredibly detailed and picked up multiple issues that our original survey completely missed. Everything was clearly explained in plain English, with photos, moisture readings and sensible recommendations, which made it very easy to understand even without any technical knowledge.
Communication from start to finish was excellent. The team were professional, honest and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer every question we had and explain what the findings meant in real terms not just a list of problems, but what they would cost and how serious they really were.
In the end, we decided not to proceed with the purchase based on the information in the report, and we are so glad we had this survey done first, it potentially saved us from tens of thousands of pounds in future repairs.
We won’t hesitate to use Eco Damp Solutions again on our next property and would recommend them to anyone buying a home who wants the full truth about what they’re walking into.

Eco Damp Solutions recently completed a full roofing job for us and the standard of work was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Morgan and the team were professional, punctual, tidy, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

The workmanship is excellent and the roof now looks fantastic, not only does it look better, but we also have complete confidence it’s now properly weatherproof and built to last.

I had a full re roof with eco damp solutions and from start to finish they were excellent. From the surveyor David to the 5/6 workman throughout the days and also the before & aftercare from there head office. Mr ball was also excellent throughout the process. Regards bill & sue.
