My house is Grade 11 listed, as a result of this Eco Damp Solutions were not allowed to remove the old rotten timbers in the loft, so they had to cut and bolt new pre treated timber to the old existing ones in my very large loft. We had a bad black mould issue on the upstairs floor of the house in all rooms! We were suggested this company through a friend who had work done by them. They come out and installed vents in the soffits and installed 2 ventilation units, one in the loft and one in the house! Im not saying that this will work for every house however we havent had any signs of mould coming back yet and its been a month and a half. The staff were very punctual, tidy and respectful in our home!
